At Time2 Technology UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all smart home devices and cameras are reset and returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Log into your account or contact our support team to submit a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your device in its original box including all cables, manuals, and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Ship to Service Centre
Send your item to our UK-based service centre using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery and confirmation of receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians have verified the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
